THE SLOWEST PREVIEW
Nothing kills a good movie faster than bad internet. And to show that fast internet isn’t optional but essential, we hijacked the one place people expect flawless entertainment: the movie theater.
We created “The Slowest Preview”, a fake blockbuster trailer that started like any other, then derailed into a buffering nightmare. Not for five seconds, but long enough to frustrate an entire audience into craving better internet.
The reveal? It wasn’t a trailer. It was the problem.
With the line “Buffering stinks. Don’t spoil your movie with slow internet connection” Cox delivered the message in a way no traditional spot could. The experience was the insight. No data, no testimonials, just pain.
The Slowest Preview turned passive moviegoers into instant believers in speed, positioning Cox as the high-speed solution for anyone who’s had enough of lag.
